Le Provincal –
French Restaurant
Le Provincal is
a long standing French restaurant in Vientiane offering delicious meals in a
farmhouse setting in Vientiane.
From the famous French cuisine such as wooden-fired pizzas and thick-cut hearty
bruschettas to the excellent wine selection always enables you find the best
feeling at Le Provencal. The interior with brick-and-timer décor in a rustic
charm attracts you to return here so many times.

Kualao –
Traditional style Laos restaurant
At or near the
top end of Vientiane's restaurants, Kualao is located in a restored colonial
house on Samsenthai Road near Tat Dam. It is decorated with traditional antiques
and silks. Traditional dance and music show are performed nightly.

L'Opera – the
real Italian cuisine in Laos
L’Opera has been
serving the “real Italian” cuisine for more than 10 years: the egg-noodle
pasta, fine grilled and broiled entrees, deserts and espresso. It is more
interesting while enjoying the Lao pizza in an Italian style restaurant. Here,
the Italian-meets-Lao ambience with brick walls, wood-beam ceiling in an
open-air setting is definitely brings you the most extraordinary experiences in
your travels to Laos.
Makphet –
where you can do more than dinning
It serves as a
training lesson to help street-children gain marketable skills. Not only is eating
here a way of doing some charities on your vacation, it's also the absolutely
best meal I've had in Laos. The menu is sort of Lao fusion, with daily specials
on the board. The restaurant was only open for lunch, from 11:00 to 4:00 pm.

Kong View - Charming Restaurant
Kong View is
beautifully set on the bank of Mekong River, with a larger open-air eatery and
an extensive menu. It is a perfect combination between Thai and Lao foods as
well as some other Asian dishes mixed in. There’re also a bar with live music.
